Darin Ezra has been involved in the fast moving consumer products industry for over 15 years. Having started his career as an importer and wholesaler of packaged consumer goods, Darin gradually moved into development, distribution and global marketing of consumer products.
Darin’s major focus has been on the beverage industry. Darin is the joint Chief Executive Officer of Power Brands, the preeminent beverage development and consulting company in the United States. Darin runs this world-renowned company with his long time business partner Marty Molina.
Darin also sits on the board and acts as a director to several other beverage businesses. Darin has been party to numerous successful start-up brands, some of which are now distributed by the worlds top beverage distributors such as Pepsi and Dr Pepper Snapple. Darin has effected the launch of beverage brands that grace the shelves of almost every major retailer in the US and UK as well as retailers around the world.
More recently Darin has begun to expand his focus into other related packaged consumer product sectors such as the chocolate and candy industries. With strategic relationships in Europe, Asia, Africa and across the Americas, Darin and his partners hope to make as big of an impact on the confectionary business as they have on the beverage industry.
Darin was cofounder and minority shareholder in the largest packaging design conference in the US. Darin helps to direct the efforts of The Dieline Packaging Design Conference but give most of the credit to his partner Andrew Gibbs for creating and running the parent company, The Dieline, the worlds most trafficked packaging design website. The Dieline Packaging Design Conferences will be expanding into Europe and Asia.
Darin has earned recognition as a distinguished speaker at the University of Southern California, one of the best schools in the country, as a branding and business expert. Darin helps future business leaders understand the dynamics of building a great company and a great brand.
Darin is expanding his business portfolio to include life sciences, and along with a group of talented partners, plans on building great products and brands in this dynamic and exciting field.
